Section 1
Short Title, Extent And Commencement
(1) This Act may be called as the “Lands Act, 2021 (1964)”. (2) Chapters 1, 7, 8, 10 and 11 shall come into force immediately all over Nepal, and the rest Chapters, Sections or Sub-sections shall commence in such areas and on such dates as may be appointed by Government of Nepal by Notification in the Nepal Gazette, from time to time.
